Yes, I am still here .. still alive .. still working toward my goal of health.

Not as vigorously though I am afraid!
I am the only Raw Vegan in the house, and finances and menu planning have not been much fun!
Although I LOVE the Raw foods Soo much better!!
Not just from a health stand point , they actually taste tremendously better!!!

I have decided to make 1-2 meals Raw vegan weekly for the entire family.
The Remainder of the meals my base for the evening meal will be off of the Hallelujah diet.
(cooked veggies and grains at the evening meal. The core of the health plan is 75% Raw eating.)
I may add in meats (YUK!) baked , steamed, as healthy as I can get it! - not for me though, for those carnivores in the house ...LOL :o)
I will also follow a mono style eating , just grabbing an apple , banana or other fruit and not concentrate so much on the "meal".
All evening meals will be preceeded by a HUGE beautiful salad.
This should help us to stay on budget , help me to stay on track to a LONG HEALTHY life and supply my family with nutrtious fuel as well.

Anyone out there who has a good / better game plan for meals and budgets while staying on track , feel free to email me or post! (Bear in mind... Sadly the carnivores are here to stay :o( )
