Hopefully you can still follow the written directions. :o)
Here we have Washed, Peeled and cut into chunks Lovely ripe peaches.
They were then put in the blender and made into a puree.
Afterward I spread them on parchment paper and put into the dehydrator at 104 degrees until the were no longer liquid but not brittle. (fruit roll up consistency)
Then they were rolled jelly roll style.
You know have a long Roll of fruit leather.
We then cut this into rounds in the parchment paper (leaving on the parchment ) and cut into pieces that would be convenient for our lunch boxes. About 4 inches. But you canmake them any size that you like.
That’s it!
You can do this with just about any fruits or even fruit and veggie combos.
You can make an applesauce base and then add berries to it , to stretch those expensive berries.
