Dinner

HUGE salad Preferrably wih a lot of Greens (Lovely chlorophyll)
A good base is any of the soft lettuces.
(Bibb, Roamine, iceburg, red leaf lettuce, green leaf lettuce, and spinach. You can use other dark greens as well, but while you are adjusting your diet try not to use this as much as the above greens ,which are easier to digest.)
Get Creative add colorful vegetables to your salad.
Appearance really makes the meal appealing!!!
We have put fresh corn cut off the cob on our salads, as well as mixing some of these
cranberries, carrot coins(slices) or shredded carrots, small broccoli peices, small cauliflower peices, apples, figs, apricots, celery, avocado, tomatoes, onions, peppers, dried blueberries, raisins, dates, a few nuts or seeds. (Almonds, walnuts, pumpkin seeds- my favorite, sesame seeds, flax seeds, sunflower seeds.

We have cut out beets with cookie cuters for a lovely color.

You can use Olive oil, with apple cider vinegar( preferrably raw) and Braggs liquid Aminos for an easy dressing. Change it up a little with fresh squeezed lemon and fresh herbs and udos oil or flaxseed oil. Simple and Healthy!

Add to this whole grains if you like. (Brown Rice, Whole Grain Noodles, Wild Rice, Whole Grain Breads, Minimally processed.)
