We have been studying the importance of Nutrition , in that we need to feed our bodies living food and stop consuming those things that are toxic to our body.
This week we are studying the importance of exercise in the equation of health in healing.
I would also add to that REST.
In this society where we move at the speed of light and we never have an unoccupied moment we must find balance and rest for our bodies.
Our bodies were not designed to be pushed past their limits by consuming a M*nster drink.
I hope that you have already been imlementing changes in your life, if not I challenge you to start, one item a week.
