Pulp crackers

the recipe I use is off the HAcres video - Eating in the Outdoors.

3 T. ground flax seed mixed in a large bowl with 1/3 c. water. Let set for awhile.

Blend in Food Processor lc. sunflower seed, soaked for 2 hrs, then drained. 1 tsp. sea salt, and a little water if needed.

Add the sunflowers to the flax seed bowl along with lc. carrot pulp, 1/3 c. each finely chpd celery and red onion, 2 t minced red pepper and 2 t. chpd parsley. (I omit the onion and add some Frontier All-Purpose Seasoning as it is easier on the breath)

Blend in food processor, spread thin layer on teflex sheets, score into cracker shapes, dry 6 hours and then flip and take off teflex, dry 12-18 hours more.
